We’re headed down to Austin for the mixed media mayhem that is SXSW this week. Really looking forward to gettin’ down south, connecting, performing and eating a good breakfast taco or 2. In the spirit of stylistic confluence and general genre agnostic mashery that awaits in Austin, here’s our remix of Fugazi’s classic, “Waiting Room”. They’re a band that definitely is near and dear to us from way back in they day so grab it below for free! And if you’re at SXSW this week, come say hello at the Surefire Showcase at Barcelona this Saturday (3/20)- we play at 10 PM. Plastician, Debruit, Eskmo Lazer Sword and Kotchy are also on the bill so it’s gonna be a hell of a night!

It’s that time of the month again – Sub Swara podcast time! For this installment Sharmaji takes the reigns and guides us through 35 minutes of morphing tempos and energy ranging from the deep to the ‘hands-up!’ and traversing all sorts of continental lines. Of course, the mix is peppered with plenty of Sub Swara originals and remixes and also features one of the new remixes from Coup d’Yah Remixes Volume 3 (coming out real soon!), care of the one and only purple dino-bot, Daly City Records‘ Mochipet.
